It should be noted that lost in the attention given to Gavin Stark's leaping catch is the fantastic play made in right field earlier in that same inning by Blake Brown, who made a leaping, sliding catch.

Missouri baseball splits doubleheader with Oklahoma State (Columbia Missourian)
Missouri starter Rob Zastryzny pitched 8 innings and threw 12 strikeouts, both a career high. It was the first time a Tiger starter threw double digit strikeouts since Kyle Gibson threw 10 in 2009.

The second game was dominated by Missouri pitching, with starter Blake Holovach (4-0) pitching 8.2 innings, giving up just one earned run on five hits in the win. Chase Stevens (3-2) struggled early, walking in the first run of the game and getting pulled after just .2 of an inning.
