The Texas baseball team got a bit offensive in its series sweep of Missouri, culminating in a 10-1 victory over the Tigers on a gusty Sunday afternoon.

Given that the Longhorns had been anemic at the plate for much of the season and especially in Big 12 Conference play, seeing all those hits made coach Augie Garrido feel a shade better about the bats of his eighth-ranked team.

"I have confidence in this team's offense," Garrido said. "When it's matched up with the kind of pitching we have and the kind of defense we have, it'll be enough to win games."
