Minnesota 7, Mizzou 3

Tigers' struggles continue, according to PowerMizzou.com:
According to Senne, the Tigers are still searching for answers and struggling with their confidence at the plate. The realization that the Tigers might not make the playoff is becoming a little too real for players such as Lollis.

"We need to win as many games as possible, and we can't come out like this," Lollis said. "It feels like we're kind of flat. There is a good sense of urgency. We need to win. I don't want to end the season early."
Missouri's Senne battles through hitting slump, says the Columbia Missourian:
For the first time in his life, Senne is in a hitting slump. Senne steps out of the batter's box and adjusts his helmet and tightens his batting gloves. With the bases loaded, he can start to turn around his season.

"I take a couple of deep breathes and try to relax. If anything it gets a little under the pitcher's skin." Senne said. "I want to show them why I rejected (Minnesota) and stick it to them."
