Missouri State's early three-run lead was no match for Missouri offense tonight in Columbia.
The Tigers (24-19) used a five-run third inning and a three-run sixth to beat MSU (18-25) 11-6 at Taylor Stadium.

“Honestly, you should have the same approach each time out,” Clark said. “But you know those are your runs and you get a little selfish. You don’t want to let those score, so there’s a little extra motivation there.”
Clark is one of the hardest throwers on the team and relies heavily on his ability to strike batters out. When he comes out of the bullpen, getting a strikeout is sometimes crucial.

At first glance, the 2010 Missouri baseball team is all about the "Big Three" upperclassmen. Senior infielders Aaron Senne and Michael Liberto and junior third baseman Brett Nicholas clearly lead the pack.
But if you take a closer look into this season, you'll find a group of game-tested freshmen that have helped carry the load for the Tigers.
